Biogas filters
Coarse & fine particle removal
Gravel Coarse Filter
Safeguarding your biogas system
Gravel filter is placed immediately at the biogas pipe from the anaerobic digester. It is used to stop the large particles, especially foams from the biogas digester from entering the biogas system, safeguarding the piping, equipment and instruments downstream.
The gravel filter is made of SS316L or SS316Ti, which ensures long service life. Condensate is collected and discharged from the bottom.
Ceramic Fine Filter
Safeguarding your biogas engine
Biogas is not clean. The fine particles within biogas will cause severe damage to the engine if not removed beforehand.
The EnvironTec Ceramic Fine Filter uses ceramic tube with pore size from 0.3-15um. It is very effective for solid particles removal, therefore most suitable for biogas application, while the coalescing filters are more suitable for compressed air to remove oil and aerosols.
The ceramic filter is made of SS316L or SS316Ti, which ensures long service life. Condensate is collected and discharged from the bottom.
